Hitco’s Hi-Efficient Heating & Cooling Systems achieves upto 30% power saving compared with existing heating & cooling systems. The optimum usage of heating from the heating bands gives consistent plasticization of the melt.

Hitco specially designed and engineered Two models of Hi-Efficient Heating & Cooling Systems to meet the ever increasing demand for energy consumption and to improve operational efficiency. It is capable of achieving high temperature and designed with thick ceramic fiber insulation along with aluminum reflective sheet inside and outside the Heater Cooler assembly to provide uniform heating.
The low thermal conductivity of ceramic fiber insulation reduces the surface temperature from 300 degree to 80 degree C and is applicable in different grades with variable thickness and density.
TYPE A: Hi Efficient Heating Cooling Assembly is designed with ceramic fibre insulation from inside the blower cover.
TYPE B: Hi Efficient Heating Cooling Assembly is designed with ceramic fibre insulation from inside & outside the blower cover.
TYPE A & B further come with two
Options:
OPTION-1- Ceramic band perforated Heaters are of high density cordierite Insulator having bigger hole size which Helps accommodate watt density upto 60watt/sq inch helping in increase of speed line extrusion.
OPTION-2- The new and latest designed copper fins having maximum surface area are designed for maximum dissipation of heat. These copper fins are flexible enabling them for a easy installation.
Type A or B of Hi-Efficient Heater Cooler Assembly can be manufactured with option 1 & 2 as per customer Requirements.
