We can go back over 4 decades / 40 years to trace our beginnings. Founded in 1976 by Rajender Verma, as a Company to manufacture Band Heaters for Plastic Processing Industry. Through the years, the Vermas have steered Hitco to unfailingly deliver innovative heating solutions helping numerous industries operate more efficiently at better economics. What we have not lost, however, is the entrepreneurial spirit that our founder Mr. Rajender Verma instilled in us. We are bold and swiftly responsive, yet introspective. We excel at operational discipline, yet we have been making transformative changes and are well-positioned to absorb changes.

• The Company started with Mica Band Heaters for Plastic processing industry, building its first factory of 1100 Sq.ft in a small town of Delhi.
• As per the requirements of Plastic Processors, production of Ceramic Band Heaters started
• Thereafter, production of Tubular Heaters for Industrial & Commercial applications embarked upon

The first "Insulation Plus" Power saving Heater developed

Expansion into a larger manufacturing unit along with corporate office spread over an area more than 6000 Sq.ft

Started of the company's distributor / liaison agent's network in India.
Offerings now include a complete in house cast-in heaters designing and manufacturing.

Begins working for some reputed Original Equipment Manufacturers of India.

First Heater Cooler Assembly developed.

Developed its in house design centre and started work with CAD/CAM Participated for the first time in international exhibitions like K-2004, in Germany Started an international distributor's network.

Celebrates its 30th anniversary.
Commences manufacturing at a new unit in Noida, U.P.

Opens new faculty in Noida, U.P., India to process systems design and fabrication.
