Insul Wrap High Temperature Insulation Blankets

InsulWrap is specially designed for plastic processing industry including injection moulding machines, extrusion machines & blow moulding machines. 
It comprises of Aerogel insulation which is sandwiched between two high temperature resistance special fabric stitched with high temperature resistance thread. Fabric which is in direct contact of heated surface i.e. placed at the inner surface of jackets can sustain temperature up to 1000 0C.
The main technology which makes this jacket power saving and temperature resistance is its Aerogel insulation which is discovered by NASA for insulation of space rocket thrusters and also recognized as lightest material on earth due its composition of up to 99.98% air by volume only three times heavier than air.
10mm of aerogel is equivalent to 40mm of traditional glass wool so the thickness of the jacket is reduced and gives good performance with compactness.
Aerogel has very low thermal conductivity of 0.02 W/mK which works as barrier for heat to escape to outer atmosphere and keep the barrel heated for longer duration while keeping the heaters in OFF condition. Service temperature of Insulwrap is 650ºC and can sustain this temperature continuously.
